weekend in Pittsburgh

I know I am a little behind with the blog. It just seems like such a big job to download the picutres off of the camera and I know that the posts aren't nearly as much fun without the pictures.


Last Friday, after dropping Tia off with Jess and Chad for the weekend, we headed down to Chicago to be ready for our 5:45 am flight to Pittsburgh in the morning. We got to the hotel just in time to enjoy the pool. Here are a couple picutres of Drew's first swim.

We got to Pittsburgh early Saturday morning and spent the day visitign with the Devola family. On Sunday we headed off to the Pittsburgh Zoo. Unfortunately most of the aminals were too far away for Drew to focus on, but we still found a way for drew to pet a snake and a millipede.

Monday we got together with some of Steve's friends. It was great too see everyone and let them all meet Drew. We had a great visit in Pittsburgh and I kow Steve was a little sad to be heading back to work, but the good news is that we will be heading back for the 4th of July.
