Some Firsts

As mentioned previously, June has been a busy month for us filled with new experiences for Drew.



1st Solid Food- May 24, 2007

We started with rice cereal which Drew wasn't too sure of. He has since moved on to assorted vegetables and just started bananas last week.


1st Time on the Boat- June 12, 2007



We went out after work on a beautiful summer evening. While not a big fan of the lifejacket, Drew really did seem to enjoy ging fast and feeling the wind in his hair (I wonder where he got that from??)

1st Camping Trip- Yellowstone Lake State Park June 15-17

While all and all a good experience, Drew was not a big fan of sleeping on the ground, the heat, or the bugs. We may wait a while to try this one again.





1st Swim in the Lake- Yellowstone Lake State Park June 16

Drew and mom took a dip int he lake while Dad worked on catching some fish. He still doesn't seem too sure about being in the water, but he doesn't really object to it either.



1st Haircut- June 24

That's right I took the liberty of cutting the few supper long locks Drew still had left. Now he has a dashing summer do and is a blonde...
